CAN WE TOUR THE PROMISE GARDENS?

Absolutely, we’d love to show you the estate! Tours are available by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your estate tour!

Do you host more than one wedding at a time?

ANSWER:

Never. We host one celebration at a time, so the estate feels private and unhurried for you and your guests. You enjoy exclusive use of the estate for your reserved celebration time.

DO I NEED TO HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?

ANSWER:

While we are here for our couples every step of the way and will always be available to guide and support you in your wedding planning . We do require that you hire both a wedding planner and a caterer from our exclusive list. For our exclusive list, please contact us.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I INVITE?

ANSWER:

The Promise Gardens is able to accommodate parties up to 150 guests.

QUESTION:

DOES THE WHITE WILLOW PAVILION COME WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS?

ANSWER:

Yes! We have mahogany Chiavari chairs, hand-crafted farm tables, and matching benches included for your reception. You may also use our large wooden farm table for your cake table or gift table. We also include cocktail tables on the patio for your cocktail hour!

QUESTION:

WHERE CAN WE HAVE OUR CEREMONY IF IT RAINS?

ANSWER:

Ceremonies can be held in either Hudson Hall or White Willow Pavilion if it were to be inclement weather.

IS A BONFIRE ALWAYS AN OPTION?

ANSWER:

Bonfires at our estate are a favorite, sitting around on our beautiful Adirondack chairs enjoying the starry night sky, but during drier weather, this may not be possible. All bonfires require advance permission directly from the fire department.

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF RECOMMENDED VENDORS?

ANSWER:

The Promise Gardens estate is designed for full weekend celebrations with guest counts of 50 to 150. At this time, we are not the right fit for micro weddings or elopements.

While our packages aren’t all-inclusive, The Promise Gardens provides customizable wedding proposals based on seasonality/day of the week and that include all of the essentials for your wedding day.
